How would you like to promote your business AND help a disc dog at the same time?
Just as human athletes require ongoing training & conditioning in order to persue and excel in their chosen sport, so too do our canine athletes.
Training sessions/workshops; hall & field rentals; disc purchases (these dogs go through a lot of discs!); health maintenance; food/supplements ; travel crates; crate fans; cooler coats/beds etc. ........ all of these things are a daily part of the competitive disc dogs life and expenses.
To this end the Southern Ontario Disc Houndz has created a Sponsor A Disc Dog program to aid the owners/trainers of these amazing athletes in their ongoing quest for competition success. It is the goal of SODH to find ways to provide support to the many talented disc dogs in Ontario, and to help the owners/trainers of these dogs to persue this great sport.

How Do You Sponosr A Disc Dog?
It's simple. You can either donate financial aid to the dogs owner to cover such expenses as hall/field rentals; health maintenance (such as chiropractic/massage); pool time for swimming conditioning; food/supplements; disc purchases etc. Or you can donate product or services relevent to the disc dogs personal needs (such as food/supplements; pool time; discs; chiro/massage; etc). Anything that you think will help your favourite disc dog. To choose a dog to sponsor simply go to the Dog Blogs link at the bottom of this page and visit the dogs that are signed up in the program.

How Do You Benefit from Sponsoring A Disc Dog?
Each dog in the Sponsor A Disc Dog program has his/her own personal blog.
Your business/product will be acknowledged/advertised on the dogs personal blog for the entire season that you sponsor him/her for.
Your business/product will also be listed on the Southern Ontario Disc Houndz site, sponsors page for the entire year of your sponsorship.
You will receive a thank you plaque featuring the dog you choose to sponsor, to hang in your offices.

To be eligable to participate in the Sponsor A Disc Dog program, you must be member in good standing of the Southern Ontario Disc Houndz. Simply send in the necessary information about your dog to rowdydiscdog@yahoo.com so that his/her personal blog can be set up for potential sponsors to view. To get an idea of what to include in your dogs personal blog go to the Dog Blogs link at the bottom of this page and visit the dogs already in the program.
